CLASS SCHEDULE
- Tuesdays MORNINGS -The Fall Feast & Biblical Prophecy
TIME: 11:00 AM - 1:15 PM This course explores the rich prophetic significance of the biblical fall feasts and sacred times established by God in Scripture. Students will examine Rosh Hashanah (The Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement), Sukkot (The Feast of Tabernacles), Hanukkah, the weekly Sabbath, the Sabbatical Year, and the Year of Jubilee, tracing their historical, theological, and prophetic importance throughout the Bible. Special attention will be given to how these appointed times reveal God's redemptive plan and point to the person and work of Jesus Christ. Students will discover how Christ fulfills the symbolism of these observances and how they illuminate key themes in biblical prophecy, including Israel's restoration, the kingdom of God, the Messiah's return, and God's ultimate dwelling with His people. Whether studying the sounding of the trumpets, the themes of atonement and forgiveness, the joy of tabernacling with God, or the promise of ultimate redemption and rest, this course will help students see the unity of Scripture and deepen their appreciation for God's prophetic calendar as it finds its fulfillment in Jesus Christ. - TUESDAY EVENINGS -Deuteronomy: Covenant Renewal, Kingdom Theology, & Faithful Living
TIME: 7:00 PM - 9:15 PM This course provides an in-depth study of the book of Deuteronomy, Moses’ final message to Israel before their entrance into the Promised Land. As a covenant renewal document, Deuteronomy calls God's people to remember His faithfulness, reaffirm their commitment to His covenant, and live in wholehearted obedience to His Word. Students will explore the historical setting, literary structure, and major theological themes of the book, including covenant relationship, the kingdom of God, worship, leadership, holiness, justice, and the blessings and consequences of covenant obedience. Special attention will be given to the centrality of loving God with all one's heart, soul, and strength, and to Deuteronomy's influence throughout the Old and New Testaments. The course will also examine how Deuteronomy contributes to a biblical understanding of kingdom theology, anticipates the coming Messiah, and provides timeless principles for faithful living in every generation. Through careful exegetical study and practical application, students will gain a deeper appreciation for God's covenant faithfulness and His call to wholehearted devotion. By the end of the course, students will understand why Deuteronomy stands as one of the most influential books in Scripture and how its message continues to shape Christian faith, discipleship, and obedience today.
